Converting Font IDs and Font Family Numbers

ATSUI provides the following functions for converting font IDs and font family numbers:

ATSUFONDtoFontID finds the ATSUI font ID corresponding to a font family number.
ATSUFontIDtoFOND finds the font family number corresponding to an ATSUI font ID.
